Reiki Treatment For Insomnia:–
A young girl had insomnia for 8 days. She was prescribed medicine for sleeping which made her condition worse by giving her more sleepless nights and drowsy days. She came to me for sleeping disorder. While talking to me she started feeling sleepy and went off to sleep in few minutes. Thus she regained her normal sleeping pattern in 2 nights. Insomnia is defined as difficulty initiating or maintaining sleep, or both, despite adequate opportunity and time to sleep, leading to impaired daytime functioning. Insomnia may be due to poor quality or quantity of sleep.
